The first thing I need to do here is admit that I don’t cook. I basically just use my kitchen to display my retro kitchen collection. So as long as the microwave and freezer are working, I’m happy.

Found this beauty in a small town in California redwood country — Garberville. I wish it still flipped the pancake, but alas, I saw it at night and it has lost its flip. But the Eel River Cafe is still open for business!
